Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the specialized nature of laboratory materials and quality control standards, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
However, Northstar Scientific Supply will review requests for replacement or credit under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged in transit
• Incorrect item was shipped
• Verified manufacturing defect
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include:
• Order reference number
• Description of issue
• Photographic documentation (if applicable)
Materials must remain unopened and in original condition to qualify for review.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was the result of company fulfillment.
Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.
